VIDEO PRODUCTION

Pumpkin Lovin’ - a video intended to promote interest in the annual Circleville OH Pumpkin Show - was one of my favorite projects. Capturing lots of local flavor while featuring a whimsical spirit, the video definitely generated a lot of interest and enthusiasm in the popular autumn festival.

Backstage - a commercial intended to promote interest in the David Broadway Salon - was a challenging endeavor. In thirty seconds I had to showcase the business’s chic hair stylings while appealing to a younger audience. The commercial was featured on late night television for over a year and increased the business’s success. Mission accomplished.

KW 100 - This was a commemorative piece marking the 100th Anniversary of Toledo’s King Wamba Carnival. The video features many popular highlights: street performers, parades, art cars, etc.

Gage - This pet video featuring Gage the Chocolate Lab was intended as a precious keepsake for Rebecca & Ryan. Whether walking in the park, playing in the living room, taking a swim, or even feasting on kibble, the video showcased that Unconditional Love only a dog can bring. I think it succeeds in showing Gage’s feisty & joyous spirit as well.

Love really is in the details. For my illustrations I focus on texture, colors, dimensionality, and the overall feeling of the piece.

COLLAGE

Almost right from the start I was ripping pictures out of magazines, newspapers, etc. to create my own artworks. There was something so magical if not powerful about recontextualizing images so as to create new meanings. I truly believe my early love of collages made me into a formidable editor.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Nature & Creativity are where I get my Spirituality, so when shooting pictures I’m always trying to capture an essence.
